| Cenotes are natural freshwater pools in the middle of the jungles in the Yucatan peninsula (Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Isla Mujeres). A lot of them include cave areas with stalactites. You can found out very different kind of cenotes all around the Yucatan peninsula. Just from Cancun to Tulum (120miles) there are more than 70 known cenotes and other still to discover. after 5 years being in the Riviera Maya I haven’t dive in all of them.
